Advantages over the traditional mist lubricator:

• Reduction in consumption of compressed air, the air use serves exclusively to transport oil drop and not for vaporized.
• Minor cleaning on the chain and on the track due to ecessive formations of lumps of oil as it is used only what you need for lubrication.
• Higher quality of the final product because the pieces are not soiled by oil cloud and air.
•  Simplified maintenance and adjustment, as the whole unit with the tank and micropumps is easily accessible to human height.
•  It not generates fog oily in agreement with recent ec regulations on prevention of working environments.

Operation:

The oil is pumped towards the nozzle through the micropumps actuated pneumatically. The valves inside the chain drive the micropumps which provide one pumped oil at a time.

Supply:

1. Control unit with air filter regulator, series of micropumps for lubrication of chains and hooks, and tank for oil.
2. Series of pneumatic tubing connection between control unit and lubrication apparatus.
3. Lubrication group composed by a piece of monorail track, galvanized metal container complete with pneumatic valves and nozzles.
