A system downtime due to the failure of a component in a coating plant is a very feared and annoying event that, sooner or later, can occur even when careful maintenance is constantly carried out. In such circumstances, being able to rely on skilled technical staff is important in order to quickly identify the fault. However, in case a component needs to be replaced, this is not sufficient to bring the plant back into operation: Many obstacles may get in the way that could cause waste of time and, furthermore, impede reaching the best possible solution.
